KME provide a tailored service as an extension of our customer’s operation and therefore we are keen to ensure that our customers receive their components in a manner that maximises production efficiency for them.
At KME we welcome discussions with our customers on how best to best achieve production efficiency for example it could be as simple as etching details onto parts or if a kit is ordered on a regular basis we might be able to include sub-assemblies containing bought in parts, this would allow our customer to have all parts available when needed with no excess stock and a reduced number of suppliers or for larger kits we could sort and pack in sub-kits to avoid time being lost sorting the kit when delivered.
