KME’s CNC machine shop is fully equipped with state of the art CNC Machining centres and a highly skilled workforce which enables us to deal with small or large volume orders and to guarantee high quality workmanship in fast turnaround times. KME continually invest in the latest CNC equipment and are a fully accredited ISO 9001 company.
KME have installed a DS 30SSY HAAS Dual Spindle Turning Centre. The Haas DS-30SSY Super Speed dual-spindle turning centres provide the ability to turn both ends of a part and also milling operations in a single setup to minimise operator handling, increase throughput, and reduce work-in-process. The opposed spindles support fully synchronised turning, and allow on-the- fly part pass-off to reduce cycle times.
KME can provide 4 Axis CNC Machining. We have a VF5 HAAS Machining Centre with full 3D CAD/CAM Programming facilities.
Machining window X1270mm Y660mm Z635mm. This machine comes with a rugged, medium-sized VMC that yields full reliability and accuracy in a moderately-sized machine.
